On the Ohpen website we collect standard log information and visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to gather information, for example the amount of traffic to different pages within our website or the amount of traffic every hour or each day. We do this without identifying anyone. We will not try to find out the identity of any visitor of our website nor will we combine the gathered information with personally-identifying data from external or other sources.
Personal data is only stored when voluntarily given for recruitment and application purposes. In these cases, we will make it clear to you when we collect personal information, what personal information we collect and how we intend to use it.

Use of Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”), to help Ohpen understand how our website is used. Google Analytics uses cookies to carry out its analysis. We have entered into a data processing agreement with Google and have disabled the option to ‘share data’ with them for their own purposes. Google Analytics cookies are (currently) stored for a period ranging from the duration of website usage (“Session”) to 2 years. Data recorded by Google Analytics include your IP address (from which the last octet is removed). The data obtained will be transferred to Google and saved by Google on servers in the United States. Ohpen does not use other Google services in combination with Google Analytics cookies.

Ohpen deploys Greenhouse recruitment technology for job applications and applicant tracking. Greenhouse uses cookies to provide you with a personalized user experience when you apply for a job and to allow you to apply with LinkedIn. Greenhouse and LinkedIn store cookies that we do not control.
